Legacy Development Group, LLC was established in the spring of 2007, although our founders, Todd Lewis and Stephen Sisco, had been dreaming of the concept in a Real Estate Development Firm for some time. Having both been in the real estate industry for years, Todd and Stephen saw a need for something different. They saw the need for a real estate development firm with creative solutions for particular challenges and constraints of design, budget, and schedules. In addition to development, the two wanted to incorporate sales into their firm. With design, build, and sales working together, they feel they have a competitive advantage over most companies within the industry. They pride themselves on creating, building, and marketing to the best of their ability and to that of their clients. Simply put, “if they wouldn't buy it or sell, they won’t have anything to do with it.” This niche is very simply illustrated by our firm¹s focus on the client¹s need for a "turn-key" approach to projects, whether it’s selling, helping someone find a house, building, or creating the space of their dreams. This creative approach is the foundation of their current and future success.

Their ability to provide any one or all of these services to a client is a critical goal towards the complete solution of customer service. In doing so, they expanded from their home offices and honed in on a place to setup shop. Legacy is currently based in a commercial development in Nashville , TN , a project which they are in the process of helping get developed. Their focus on customer service continues to expand with their introduction of new services, quality, innovative solutions, and most importantly, execution!

Their client base continues to grow as new and exciting projects and clients are brought to the table everyday. However, they continue to provide the individual attention, service, and inventive solutions from which their earliest clients thrived on.
